Well I passed 2000 without even noticing till I hit 2006 posts. Personally I don't know how I feel about it. Take out the bickering and really there are only a few hundred useful posts. I remember when I started I thought how I'd never get this many but soon found that blabbing on and ranting seemed to increase the post count at an alarming rate.
Looking at terb versus when I began I like the addition of the extra forums. I don't really like some of the reasons people come on here (i.e. make jokes and stir up arguments) but I guess that's what happens when you have a large collection of people.
Anyways, a big thumbs up to all the positive contributing members you know who you are (not going to even try listing them for fear of leaving someone out).
