and now Michael Landsberg reports Kawhi just bought a home in Toronto? He might just be building a real estate portfolio, as he was building a home in LA. The home you decide to build might be more likely for oneself. Who knows? I think we should find out pronto in about 2-3 weeks after the finals.
Kawhi's home is in San Diego County, not LA.

As far as I'm concerned game 3 is a must win for the Raptors. No KD. Klay not 100%. If they don't win tonight I believe the series will be over in 6. I also think Nurse has to make a tough (not really) decision and bench Danny Green. He's hurting us more than helping us. Insert Powell into the starting lineup. And for heaven's sakes stop trying to win the game from the perimeter. Take it to the rack!

Believe it or not, if Klay is not playing tonight it might give the Warriors unexpected advantage. The Raps will have more pressure to beat up the KD,etc. less Warriors for tonight game. The Warriors will be more relax with a nothing to lose mentality aprroaching the game tonight. Therefore, it wouldn't surprise me if the Raps lose game 3 tonight. In the worse case scenario for the Warriors is that they will have 2 starters back for Gm4 where they can tie the series 2-2 heading back to Toronto. Even if Klay is not dressed up to play tonight, there is no guarantee it's a slamdunk win for the Raps!

I think I agree. Not sure whether Green needs to come off the bench or if he'll just be on a short leash. It would be awefull to lose if both Klay and Durant are out. I'm not sure why "mynameis" figures the worst case scensario of the Warriors is they have 2 starters back for Game 4. Its always a possibility that neither return at all.

Steven A Smith figures if Curry is the only one left of the starters tonight that Toronto will be fouling him hard all night. I'm not sure its in our nature, but it makes sense. We could use all of 4 of our team fouls each quarter on Curry and make them count!!!

Wonky,
The Warriors might decide to sit Klay for good reasons. Give up the 3rd game on paper tonight. Then, their worse case plan is losing gm 3 while missing two of their best starters. Come back with them in the line up for gm4 and tie it up. If I were the Warriors that what I would do to plan for long drawn out series. Basically bring the series from best of 7 to best of 3.

Side note: VC says 1 more year.
Good for him, I don't blame him for leaving. Having to deal with Richard Peddie is enough to turn anyone's stomach. He should have thrown the arrogant POS under a cement truck when he left but Vince had too much class for that - and it wouldn't have mattered.

Series is getting more and more interesting all the time. Looks like Raptors are now firing on all cylinders. That last Green Cylinder now locked in. Even if the stars come back for Golden State they now have to face, 3 point threats from all angles by Toronto. As well as one Bull in Kawhi Leonard. Go Raps!!!

Great win. I agree nice contributions from every Raps player that played, however, Curry was the best player on the floor.
Still, as good as Curry was, every time it appeared that the Warriors were mounting a come back, along came a Raptor with a nut crusher of a play, 3 pointers, put backs, rebounds, blocks, great effort! Need that team effort to continue! Would be awesome to go home up 3-1!

103 games in, I think they're starting to figure out how to play with each other. Dawg, after all those hammerless years, you got vindication last night from this group. And wonk, Did you ever doubt DG! Beat what's in front of you, boys, and our Everest will be conquered. It's gonna be a Friday night for the ages! Let's go Raptors!

ps Kawhi Leonard is a Raptor...!

I've been explaining to my friends and acquaintences that don't follow basketball much: Lowry, VanVleet, Green are all solid 3 point shooters. 3 point shooters go cold at times for several games; sometimes weeks(even Clay was ice cold the beginning of this season). But when they get going again, they are most probably back to their "hot streaks" again that should last several games. Well at most we have 4 games left and everyone is hot again!!!!!

I'm not even sure Clay and Durant can get hot in the last 4 games; being out so long and both having leg injuries that definitely affect your shooting stances.

Donald Sterling was forced to sell the Clippers and he wasn't even in the arena when he allegedly said "don't bring your friends to the game".

We've come a long way since the umpire called Robby a "fucking faggot" and got away with it.

The minority owner of the Warriors shoved Kyle Lowry and tossed the N word at him. Time for Adam Silver to unleash The Spanish Inquisition.

The Warriors are battle scarred, 5 straight NBA Finals takes a toll. Klay Thompson has a slight hamstring tear. The last time an athlete played with a hamstring tear was Roberto Baggio in the 94 World Cup Final. Kevin Durant is in an even harder place. He has the same injury that plagued Kawhi last year. If he's not fully healed, he will rupture his Achilles Tendon. If that happens, you won't see him again until well into 2020.

Where have you seen the use of the "N Word" published?
I'm not saying you're wrong, but all I've read/heard is that Mark Stevens used "abusive language" toward KL7.

He has been banned from Oracle Arena for balance of the series (I don't think that's enough).

No one George, it looked like Mark Stevens said some nasty remarks.

I think the guy in the yellow shirt is also a Warriors owner, he helped Lowry back to his feet. Notice that his hot wife put her arms around him while Stevens wife had a WTF look on her face.

Mark Stevens should consider himself lucky that Charles Oakley wasn't sitting behind him.

San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley is hardcore liberal lefty country. In fact, the whole state of California is a sanctuary and liberal lefty state. They love brown and black people (nothing wrong with that). It would be shocking if he used the "N" word.

According to Kyle Lowry, Mr. Stevens did not use the "N Word" at all.
He (Mark Stevens) told Kyle "Go fuck yourself" multiple times.

Update: Mark Stevens has been banned from NBA arenas for 1 year and fined $500,000.
The $500K is a drop in the bucket.
I wouldn't be surprised to see the other Warriors owners (& the NBA) move to force him to sell his ownership stake.

I think the shove was nothing too big , I also think he used the N word at him, to be fined 500k and banned from the games. Green was very good.
