I care and many others. The guy is suing me he is also suing 3 other drivers. Insurance lawyer stated thesr are scam .
You want to argue with insurance lawyer about scams by Indians regarding this. You are welcomr to it

This is what I don't understand. Either he is leaving out info or he is just pissed at being held accountable.
And it still doesn't answer why he start the thread. Is he looking for advice or to just vent or what?
But the car was not moving... I know there are many everywhere that will stop and reverse into the car behind... tons of youtube vids on that scam but the story from OP does not suggest a scam.

Or was it at a red light and you thought he'd move but weren't paying attention that he was slow to move, and ended up rear ending him?

I went to my aunt Harriet's party last year. There was some salami.
This seems like a regular car accident made into a cash grab and get rich quick scheme.
One thing i am not is racist. When insurance lawyer state he has 3 other lawsuit to traffic incident . Go figure it out

Did you fill out a police report soon after the accident and report it to your insurance company?
Did this happen in Canada and were people in the van seriously injured?
How much could the property damage portion of the suit be, to repair or replace the van?
3 million sounds extremely high, especially in Canadian courts. Why would the suit be that excessive?
Was the van parked in a way that made the accident in anyway the van driver's fault?
What did the three other drivers who are bring sued have to do with it? Was it a multiple vehicle accident?
Why were you charged with reckless driving,? Were you impaired, speeding, or otherwise driving in a provable reckless manner? Were you convicted?
How much liability insurance do you have on your vehicle's insurance policy? Usually it's 1 million for bodily injury.
A dash camera is a good investment. It's hard to argue when you have video of an 'accident'.
