Pyro inside a small club, with a drunk crowd and one exit....What could go wrong?
I work for a big company and on each new project I as PM must do a Project Risk Accessment Plan.
Then train staff and procure safetly gear to manage identified risk suitably.
Or change the work method until risk is tolerable.
Then Field Level Daily Risk Accessment/Tailgate document to fill in and all on ste that sign off on.
Too much OH&S process can feel like a pain at times.
Then disasters like this happen, unfortunately.
And somehow it does not seem like over-reach.
Feel bad for those who lost their lives.
But somehow it seems like it might have been avoided or better mitigated in a 1000 different posible ways and still have a fun event.
