This is terrorism. We must recognise that they are not that good. They take a relatively easy target because they cannot take the tough ones. Mark my words that if you read carefully in the coming days this attack is a compromise. They were unable to take the "A" target and maybe not the "B" target or even the "C". The media must not dwell on their "success" as if it were a skilled and professional operation or they play into the hands of the terrorist message. Lets look at this for what it really is. How much training and planning does it take to drive a truck into a crowd?

Hmm they usually proceed with these actions ready to die, so death by bullets or bombs isn't much of a deterrent. The solution does involve extreme violence but other things too.

However, if the enemy can be neutralized BEFORE they can commit the terrorist act, then it might take away their determination. There's no success or glory if they cannot terrorize or face a losing battle.
