Well sort of, I guess. I really shouldn't have had a problem in the first place, but I did and consequently had to phone for technical assistance. It had to do with my Blackberry and I got great help...updated the desktop manager, fixed the glitch (note the techno-speak) in the device and made adjustments on my blackberry web page manager. All done very quickly and pleasantly.

We all bash the service providers (referring to the telcos, not the SPs) so thought I would give praise when praise is do.


Think I'll go buy a lottery ticket now....

Well to me rogers is just a majorleague rip off.

I have my wireless plan for one month only and having used only 150 minutes on my 200 minutes plan, they send me a bill saying that I have used 350 minutes... and claiming 90 extra bucks!
So I call them saying that when they make the sum of the detailed bill you find 150 minutes... don't you see the link? you forgot to activate the 200 minutes... hello!

So they propose me 25$ refund. LOL.
I decide to write by email to their customer service and the answer is just amazing: why don't you choose among our large selection of plans?

Damn! one month in Canada and I already have to find a lawyer!
