What makes a good service provider? That sounds too broad of a topic... each hobbyist is different, so a great GFE might make one happy, while one who is not a GFE will make another happy... One who provides CBJ might be desirable but one who does BBBJ might not.
I think one of the best methods of comparison is the GFE vs. non-GFE. My preference is GFE because I prefer all that goes with it. So does that mean that those who do not provide GFE are not a good service provider? To me, possibly, but to the thousands of others out there who don't want that type of experience, the SP might be the best.

Unrushed relaxed personality
Responsive and likes to receive as well as give
Great hygiene
Summary .. wants to have a FUN time together WITH me.
Luckily I have found a few that fit the bill.
