Alona is right... it's possible for a woman to get wet even if they aren't really that into it. For example, I can get wet while watching porn I'm not really that into. Sometimes, depending on where I am in my cycle, I'm just always wet due to my "vag" just doing it's thannng.

Why concerned?

Creamy white or clear vaginal juices are totally normal. These things change (in consistency, colour and amount) depending on where a woman is in their cycle.

It's only a problem if there are things like burning, itchiness, or a strong smell.

It could just be a purely physiological response to physical stimulation... pleasure is in the mind. Yes, I like bursting bubbles.

The bottom line is that wetness is the body's response to have something up in "the vag."
