Acceptable Exaggerations and Understatements in a Description?

More than thirty years ago, I saw an Escort named "Hunter" through The Red Zone who had a decent body, but not as she had described herself, and for the first time, an Escort said to me "Everybody lies".

Let's suppose that this is a 100% accurate description:

Age:41
Height: 5'5 1/2"
Weight: 150 lbs
Bust: 38B
Waist: 29"
Hips: 38


Which approximations of these numbers would you consider acceptable, at at what point would it become bait and switch?

Maybe they use a porn ruler which is usually off by 2" lol.
Or maybe how they measure. I have a 36" dick, but I start to measure from between my shoulder blades and then bring the tape measure around and under to measure it.
I know in online sites women tend to lie about weight and men about height.

Waist: 27
Hips: 39

I would consider that to be within the acceptable 'margin of error' range.

If the description said

Age: 29
Height: 5'9"
Weight:125 lbs
Bust: 36C
Waist: 25
Hips: 36

I would be disappointed when the door opened.

Sometimes the photos posted were accurate, when the Escort was the age she claims to be now.

I’m not really sure what is acceptable, but based on my experience over the years, on average, those stats would usually be described as
Age: 29
Height: 5’6”
Weight: 130
Bust: 36C
Waist: 26
Hips: 36.
I.e. if I saw the stats I wrote above from an unknown provider, with pictures that are taken in a way as to be a bit vague about body shape, I’d likely expect to meet someone with the stats you posted.

Well let me say this first, I've taken the time to understand women measurements. So I can read a woman's posted stats and already know if it's BS.

Like 5'9" @ 125 lbs? That's already a red flag for me. Or 38B and 36C it basically interchangeable.

But yeah, if you are expecting this woman below, that would be a damn lie your being told:
