You can get some reasonably priced upscale hotels... try Ramada Casino Manoir, Lord Elgin, or Delta Hotel. You'd probably be able to find something in the range of $120/night. Barbarella's Strip joint is conveniently situated across from the Delta. The Delta and Lord Elgin are pretty much smack dab in the middle of downtown.

I couldn't tell ya how SP friendly they are tho... maybe you should ask an SP?

Some more tips.

Radison, Crowne plaza, Holiday Inn, Les Suites, Albert@Bay, Bostonian, Marriott, Aristocrat Suites, Cartier Place - are a few more. There is typically parking available on the street, or a short walk away at most of these places and you can either buzz someone up or one can discretely venture up without a room key.

Not sure about prices..just giving leads.

Stay away from the Minto though as I hear the Security cam can link to room doors... Just FYI. The Albert at Bay is good bt the walls are thin. The Radison is nice and has a good restuarant.
