How much does an agencies customer service factor into your decision to book. Ran into an issue recently and curious how you view it. Have been somewhat active and usually do a review when it is either a new person, someone that has not been reviewed lately or if I have information different from the current thread. Typically don't add to a review if my experience is consistent with a current thread.

For me, try and use a few favored agencies. Appreciate the fact that the bookers know me and are usually on target responding to my requests depending what I'm in the mood for the evening I book. Had a few issues in the past and if my experience is different from many others, I'll send a note and call the booker to let them know. Usually won't write a negative review if I'm convinced I caught someone on a bad day/time and the agency is apologetic.

So, met 3 girls from one agency the past few weeks. The first two were heavier (body size) than I like and looked like they gained weight compared to the pictures. Their reviews were positive so I called the agency and let them know. They agreed the girls put on some weight and apologized. This week I tried the agency again. Was scheduled to fly home but my meetings ran late and decided to grab a hotel and fly out in the morning. Called they and they recommended someone with minimal reviews but got a guarantee that I will be 100% satisfied. Physically and personality, the booker was right. Awesome person. Problem, lil me could not reach a happy ending. I know that is only a part of the session and I completely enjoyed the rest of the session. So, I called the agency to mention she was great to spend time with but nothing happened. Response, "everyone else likes her so it must be something with you". In all transparency, decided to ask the booker to either send the person back for 30 minutes or I'd split the cost for an hour of someone else available. The booker said no. I spent about $2500 this year with the agency. So, should I just suck it up or would you expect something different.

Yeah, without the right girls the agencies would be empty shells. Without customers, the girls would be hanging around watching tv. So, is it worth it to be loyal to an agency or do you just search for you interest for the night and the agency does not matter.

Partly, yes. Most people don't call agencies for talk therapy. If a provider was listed as hot but not sexually satisfying, would you pick her, of course not. Maybe a new rate system should be set up to charge per shot. It would have some sessions end quickly and others take more time.

More out of being surprised with the agencies response. Called the other two times and they acknowledged the posted pictures were a bit dated. Was very clear on my preferences for body size. Sexually, don't like heavier girls and maybe I should have said no at the door and paid a small gratuity for lost time. Decided not to post comments about my experience since others seemed to enjoy and the agency apologized. The third time I called to let the agency know the person was attractive, good personality and tried, but I did not get a shot off. Did not ask for anything. When the booker responded that something must be wrong with me, that's when I was surprised and asked for something. Have never asked and this was the first.

As noted, lots of visits and I default the same few agencies. The others always acknowledged any issue (which is very seldom) and once or twice the next time I booked someone they arrived and joked they were told to put in 110%. Never asked for no-cost services. If I can't afford the service, I don't play.

The question is more around customer service. Should I expect the booker to listen and accommodate by saying something like "thanks, will keep an eye out to see if that happens often" rather the "your problem". Know I'm not shopping at a traditional retail business. But always thought customer service matters.

MPA, do you have repeat customers? If so, does the way you handle/book count for any of the loyalty or is it 100% dependent upon the service provided by the muse?

You think spending 2500 is a lot ? That's only once a month. I'll bet they have guys that drop 2500 a month.

Does muse have repeat customers??? Lol. Yes. Tons. Did I as an mpa? Lots & lots. But your orgasm is not something that means you don't pay. Did you sit across a table & talk? Doubt it. Did you see her naked? Touch her? Etc. Than your $$$ is spent. Sorry but why would the next girl be free?? Who's going to pay her? "Bad" service is one thing. Your Jr not finishing could have been stress- health- worry- chemistry- related. Etc. No one is going to refund you $ or give you pussy for free because you didn't bust your nut. I hate to be blunt, but think it through. I compensate poor service thru doorfees. But no woman is free. Sorry honey. I can't see any agency giving orgasm-failure refunds/coupons/IOU's. Lol!!!!

Absolutely customer service is important. They need to hire service oriented girls, the girls have to be properly represented on the site, they need to provide the advertised services, they have to be ready on time, they have to ensure the client gets his full time, they have to be prepared to make up for bad service etc. etc. I don't see where the agency was delinquent in their responsibilities.

The client doesn't cum even though the girl is as advertised and provided good service is not their problem.

Ok read the thread...it's a joke, right? I mean, you say you've been at this a while so obviously when you said you couldn't cum and expected a free OUTCALL hh or half the money refunded you were fucking around and kids wanted to start a thread, right?

Right?

Due to an ongoing health issue right now sometimes I am unable to blast off even after the most intense 90 minute session with an SP. It has absolutely nothing to do with the girl and everything to do with me.
Prior to our sessions getting underway I often inform the girl of the potential of a non-finish and she always enjoys trying and I always appreciate the effort.
But NEVER have I called the agency back and told them that I wanted a free session or even a reduced rate because of it. No matter how much you spend at an agency that should be enough to get you blacklisted.

Ok, point taken. Lack of finish could be my problem. Probably still surprised that the prior 2 girls were not as represented on the site. Next time will review as such rather than call the agency and comment about it. If there continues to be enough demand than accuracy is less important, don't agree but appears I'm in the minority.

If you didn't like the first two girls why did you continue the sessions and NO you are not entitle to a free session just because you didn't come

Look at some posts by Brotherman. You seem to be soulmates. You both have a strange sense of entitlement.

You are in the minority regarding the compensation for no release train of thought.

If you had reviewed the ladies prior who were not as represented, you would have got more support. People here are not focusing on that because of how asinine it is to expect compensation for no release. How to do you honestly expect people to validate your point on one thing when you post your focus being on something else.

Also, as client you have the option to walk. Doesn't matter how much business you give them. You think Walmart cares about how much I have spent there over the years. Move on from this thread, move on from the agency. Problem solved

Enhancing the appearance of the girls is nothing new. We have all seen it whether it is through airbrushing, showing older photos or even blatant bait & switch.
Sometimes it is mildly misleading and sometimes it is even unintentional but it is how agencies and independents advertise their product.
This is not an industry where you can get your money back AFTER services have been performed. Nobody has posted to this thread disagreeing with your opinion about girls not looking exactly like their photos on the webpage.
But if you feel that the photos are misleading enough to cause your little fella not to perform, keep your cash in your wallet and cancel your session. But do not go through with it and then expect compensation after he fact.

This.

Like it or not, misleading photos are one of the pitfalls of this hobby. In a real sense, it's why Terb exists. It's why one of the key checkpoints for many review sites is "Are Photos Accurate?" It's why you do your homework and put some effort into this hobby, not just call the first hot photo you see.

Do your homework. Understand what's YOUR responsibility and what is the agency's responsibility. Don't get the two confused.

I am sorry, I may not be hobbyist but I will take it one step further. He is a reviewer, so why not review on these misleading photos so that other guys can do their homework. Homework only works when people put in the reviews to be looked at. So while you tell him to do his, which I get - should he really get a pass for not equally sharing?

I get if you don't review at all, but if you already do review, then I am sitting here scratching my head as to why you would not in this case of misleading photos.

Only comment I agree with is the prior post. Will begin sharing reviews for escorts that are not as represented. Perhaps it is my sense that loyalty to a business includes open discussion on a private level. For the mp crew, know many people that have favorite agencies based on expectations of the expected behavior of the, masseuse, parlor cleanliness and hostess accommodation. Your success is based on one timers and repeats.

And some free advice. With c36 and other efforts, the agencies that are honest and behave like a legitimate business are more likely to stay above the fray compared to businesses that don't care.

I'll continue to be loyal to my favored agencies. However, agree that misleading descriptions and behaviors will be shared.
