I just reached out to Mirage.

They could send all their girls to York Region which is still in stage 3.
Correct. As I learned (I was mistaken and politely corrected in a previous set of posts since I didn't start back into seeing SP's until we were Stage 3) agencies chose to open with Stage 2. Therefore, base on this history at least, they would close if their regions were rolled back to Stage 1, matching Dcoat's post #3 above with a response from Andy himself of Mirage.
Obviously other factors in this year of twists and turns may impact the decision making of each individual agency. Some of the ladies at various agencies may choose individually to stop working as well - seeing a little bit of that already. Same goes for gents and their comfort levels in seeing SP's now and in the near future, or not.
Much like most of this year...we can only take it week by week, if not day by day, making our own individual choices of what we are comfortable/not comfortable with.

During the first wave, most agencies phased back in during Stage 2. Up to the individual ladies if they want
to keep working but things will likely stay open unless we go back to stage 1.

I agree, but with COVID, you might feel good but have it without knowing it.
