Wondering if there's a website that aggregate web scrapes these agencies with custom filters? Seems like something I personally would use so wondering whether it exists or if I should work on one if I think seeing escorts is something I'll be doing often enough.

I doubt such a site exists yet, due to 1) the discreet nature of the subject matter, 2) high maintenance effort, and 3) small audience size. Though I agree filters like those on https://freeones.com/performers would be highly valuable, with so many attributes and logical operators (AND/OR) to refine your search. Some agencies in the GTA have filters but aggregating them can be challenging, but I'd say potential demand exists.
