The USAF was taking publicity photos with SAM-29000 one of the VC-25As (Air Force One) and an escorting F-16 against the New York Skyline and the Statute of Liberty

Seriously, as soon as you got at decent look at the aircraft - clearly visible in most of the photographs and videos - that should have been that - they are extremely distinctive aircraft. However it wasn't.

Do you suppose Mac convinced them that President Obama is a secret Kamikaze for the banking industry.

I doubt it it. If they didn't impeach Bush after he lied to congress to go into Iraq, impeaching him because of a misguided flyby seems unlikely.
