Alternatives for the Holiday

I think I posted this last year too...

I have decided not to give presents this year ...

Instead I am going to sponsor a few children and buy a 4 family harvest pack and if the boys/men are good to me this month i think I'll buy a little something more..

I figure each year I spend between 500-2000 on presents.. If I put that into helping developing countries or countries ravaged by war and natural disasters... then I am doing just a little to make the world a better place.

I will give little cards saying I did _____ on your behalf.. Happy holidays.

Maybe you could do it too.. have that person who is impossible to buy for or someone who has everything they need.. Think how sweet they will think you are

I have been involved with them for a while now. It seems like a worthwhile cause. i was a bit sceptic, because there have been scams in the past.

So far so good...as far as I can tell..
