Amazing disappearing thread

Am I going nuts - I saw a thread on the board today that read the following -

I have a very nicely appointed two bedroom apartment in the west end at the 401. Clean, neat, furnished...with a nice clean bathroom. Willing to sublet on an agreed upon contract to the ladies who want some stability and a concrete place to do "business". Easy access..private.... with lots of parking.

I do not live there and it would be strictly for your use. Schedules could be arranged for your convenience. Live in or out!!! Interested? Call me? This may be just for you!!!!

(2) Not saying this is the case here, but we've had problems with solicitations like this in the past, especially from guys. Think potential stalkers or hidden camera fans.
