Not as high as TechCrunch claimed.
"We spoke to multiple well-placed sources following the publication of that story, but in reality we didn’t have to know the claim was ridiculous. If return rates were in fact “approaching 40%” as the report suggests, vendors wouldn’t just be bailing on Android, they would be going out of business. "

Not that I care too much, because if Apple's new iPhone is better than the Galaxy S2, I'll go ahead and get one - since I have a buyer for my current phone at $30 less than what I paid - so I'm good. If not, hello S2.

You might wanna wait for details on the next Nexus phone. It will do away with hardware buttons so the home screen will be fully rotational. No details on it yet hardware wise, but I have to imagine it will be at least as good as the S2.

Of course they will, they have an internal memo working against them ...which btw, Google asked it be dismissed but the judge rejected their request. lol

According to a transcript of a July 21 hearing, Google employee Tim Lindholm wrote in the internal email last year, about two weeks before the litigation with Oracle began, that Google co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin had asked "to investigate what technical alternatives exist to Java for Android."
"We have been over a bunch of these and think they all suck," the Google email continued, according to the transcript, adding, "We conclude that we need to negotiate a license for Java.

Pretty damning if you ask me. lol
