Defamationis a serious issue, I agree, but is it still a scandal to be considered sexually promiscuous? I thought that was a status symbol.
Google should be sued for creating the environment to infringe. How else would they have become billionaires so quickly, by breaking the law in astronomic levels before traditional copyright and trademark holders could figure it out. I'm sure evidence against Google could be logged so large that we'd need a bridge to Mars to fit it all.
Can't wait for raids in Google's offfices and BOTH Google CEO's and founders arrested and sent back to Russia without a nickle in their pockets. Yes, their stock below a buck too.

Her case definitely get more attention since she a vogue model and have enough money to hire lawyer. What about all the regular jo blo who life is ruin cause some idiot decide to write crap about them on internet? Google say they are not responsible but i think ultimately they are if legtal action is pursue to the extent.
if you thought courts were clogged before.....how do you prove someone typed anything?Everything is hackable.....blogs probably have minimal security.This will be overturned.
