Your headline is misleading...the daughter was not killed! She is in hospital in "serious condition".
Aside from that, why incarcerate him? He doesn't want to be "westernized"? Deport him back to Iraq since he seems to prefer their lifestyle. I'm willing to bet a few people over there might find HIM too "westernized"! Doubt they would settle for hitting him with a car though.

But then, in his own eyes and mind, he would be dying a martyr. Let him rot in jail under hard labour. Fuck the crying liberals who are opposed to hard labour. A 'man' killing his own daughter? He is not a 'man', he is a monster.
