Flynn was getting paid as an enemy agent, invited to Russia and sat with Putin, had an e-mail trail that documented the attempt to kidnap a landed refugee and numerous Russian communications intercepted by FBI monitoring Russian agents. Manafort was only arrested for jay walking ... oh .. wait .. not quite ... the indictment contains 12 counts: conspiracy against the United States, conspiracy to launder money, unregistered agent of a foreign principal, false and misleading FARA statements, false statements, and seven counts of failure to file reports of foreign bank and financial accounts.
