I wouldn't be concerned. The article is just stating that Brampton strip clubs/ adult massage parlours, and adult video stores must be licensed. Its not generally talking about sps because they cant really do anything about that unless Ontario does what albeta did and start asking girls to be licensed sps. I think it is still safe for hobbyists and sps.
