Anybody want to storm Parliament Hill?

I'm just in from my car where I was listening to the news on the radio and what's going on with these idiots on Parliament Hill. Where else in the world might you end up with a governement run by a coalition of parties with nothing in common, one of which has the destruction of the country as it's only reason for existing. The coaltion would be headed by a party that really doesn't have a leader to boot.

I'm thinking of getting a bunch of torches and pitch-forks and heading to Ottawa. Anyone want to join me...

It's an embarrassing day to be a Canadian. :(

Why, in a place where the ruling party thinks it can do whatever it wants when it has the support of a bare third of the voters. The same party that was so happy with the support of outright separatists that it declared the people of their province were a nation.

Relax, they're pols; life goes on without them. Think of it as a Demolition Derby, and watch SuperStevie destroy stuff.

Personally I would support revolution in order to prevent negative shit from happening. However, I consider Harper being sent back from whence he came a most welcome development; therefore no real revolutionary inclination at the present time.

One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. :)

Depends on your view and place in time.

George Washington was considered a traitor and terrorist by the British and after the war, he was considered a patriot and a symbol for Democracy and Freedom all over the world.

Cheers.
