I have had something sitting in Canada Customs for over a month now. Apparently they are on a work to rule and are just selecting items at random to release for delivery. Usually it would have only taken a week or so but this is really starting to piss me off. Ive called but of course they were of no help. Anyone else in this mess? Any suggestions other than continue staying bent over and taking it up the ass from them?

This is and ongoing problem.
There is a certification that companies can get in order to speed up cross border traffic. I thinks it's CPAT or something like that.
It is a pre approval process. You have to go through an anal exam to qualify. once you approved they tend to let your products go without further inspection. You still have to provide detailed specs as to what's in it.
I am sure if you go to the website you will find more detailed info.
Hope that helps
