I think years ago this place had a good reputation for the food it served. This site has been slated for redevelopment for quite some time so I doubt if the current owners or lessees are worried their culinary reputation anymore.
The back patio does offer a million dollar view of the City - one of the best views anywhere. The patio is still a nice place to sit on a warm sunny day or evening and have a cold one or two.
Who knows how much longer it will be around - just enjoy while its there.
