Finally managed to cash out. Locked out at least 5 times because it didn't recognize my password. Contacted them by email and finally got my account unlocked. I was going to withdraw my money, but they locked that for 3 days. When the account became unlocked it wouldn't let me sell and get out. Had a string of emails back and forth to explain that their system was throwing yet another obstacle in my way.
