Apple resellers

I am considering buying a new Apple iBook. They are available on the Apple website as well as through some authorized resellers on the web. Has anyone bought from macmall, macwarehouse, or any other resellers? Were you satisfied?

I have purchased from the Apple Store at Apple.ca (or .com in the States) over the phone and via internet and have had no problems - good, quick and thorough service. Just expect to be on hold a long time if you call.

I have also had good experiences at Computer Systems Centre - www.csctoronto.com - in Toronto. They are at College & Spadina; though since you're in upstate NY, that may not be your easiest choice.

Haven't used the resellers you mention.
