After watching the apprentice last night, I thought that Randall would have things on the lockdown. However, I think after seeing last night's episode Trump might pull one of his Kwame Jackson routines. I am curious to see how many think this?

Donald has wanted to bang Rebecca from the start... crutches and all. She'll win.
LMAO so blunt i love it

What amazes me about Donald Trump is that hes one of the richest man in the world with the worst hairdo Theres nothing wrong with receding hairlines (but that hair flipped over piece doesnt allow me to focus on his eyes lol) I actually wrote him a letter stating im not a hairstylist and either is his but im willing to move mountains to fix his do .If i get a reply to my proposal of this tv idea .I will let ya know lol

Randall's playing it conservatively, which looks like it may bite him in the ass.
But considering how good he's been in the past, and with all the spins, who the hell knows.
Maybe he'll hire both?

I think Randall is a much better fit for Trump's organization. And say whatever you like, I think Randall projects a much stronger business image than Rebecca does.

Agreed, Keebler, Rebecca hasn't really done anything incredible or shown she's a tough candidate (big deal she's made it on one leg).
Okay this made me re-think how it's gonna go down.
Randall won't do so great on his final task but Trump will say, you know you were great till yesterday, turns to Rebecca, you were pretty good and then great up to yesterday, but Randall, I like dat brother, you're hired R-boy.
Gotta admit Randall's a real smooth, quick, sharp guy.
Now if only younger punks who see 50cent as a role model would look up to Randall as their role model.

Agreed 100%.

After watching last week's episode, it does seem like Randall isn't performing as well in the last challenge but that could just be a case of editing to make the ending appear closer then it really is. To be honest, even before they started the final challenge, I thought Randall winning was a no-brainer. He'd have to really screw up to lose now. It also doesn't help his opponents' cause when they all clamour to have him on their team throughout the show. There's a reason people vote out the strongest competitor on other shows. ;)

I admit that I haven't watched a single episode of this season, but after firing Kwame from the last show at the very end, it would look incredibly racist if he didn't hire Randall (even though it may not be.)

I looked at Randall's profile and picked him as a heavy favorite even before the show started. His academic credentials alone put him in a completely different league then all his competitors.

He saved Rebecca early on when she stuck up for her useless friend, Toro. In years past, he would have fired any one who did that in a heart beat. His comment at the time to Caroline and George was "she'll either be great or a disaster". Well, she made it through and will be hired eventually (either as the winner of the show or after).

I heard before the show started that there was a ton of pressure on Trump to hire a visible minority.

Rebecca appears to be winning the task so far. She's lucky she won the coin toss to get Chris cause he's the mastermind behind her success right now.

You're right, because sometimes some of the editing is made to create more drama and seems so out of place.
ie - At the dinner table when they were picking their teams, Rebecca gave Randall this look and the shot was, Randall looking back for a very long time, without saying a word and it was VERY awkard, I really don't think anyone would have looked that long without saying a word or even looking back to George or that pompous bitch Carolyn

You're right about that (him being picked to go on teams).
Made him look good, which he was.
Very slick talker, like the guy.

Well if Randall REALLY BLOWS this one, you can't call it racism.
Trump could easily say, you were great, till now, what happened, you REALLY blew this BIG one lol...get the point?
Trump may not like him choking on the LAST BIG task.
So let's not bring the ever popular "race issue" into this ;)

I really liked Mark but Trump had to go fire 4 of them at once.
I think Mark would have been great, and he's doing great now for Randall, even questioning some of his moves, which I think is safe to say, some of us are questioning (his -Randall's- decisions).

Even if Rebecca could give a mean BJCIM to the Donald, her chance of getting picked is quite remote. By comparing past performances as PM and individual CV's, my bet would be on Randal. If he doesn't screw up the final project big time, as mentioned, IMO he should be it.

Rebecca obviously can talk and ' walk ' like a player, her decision making in past shows were some what lacking . I'd still sleep with her though.

Rebecca is so damned cute, it pains me to say Randall is gonna win.

But you never know in a season of multiple firings... Trump might just hire both...

I dunno exactly what it is, but my perception of Rebecca is that she is just too young/inexperienced to win. That might not be true (I dunno her background), but that's how she comes across to me. And it's not that she's a woman; Carolyn comes across just fine.

p.s. who were the past winners? Were they all guys? Cuz that would probably be a more damning statement than the fact that he hasn't hired a minority.

Martha bashing her own show, claiming she can't believe she has to pick from the remaining finalists which she had nothing to do with in choosing them initially.
Bottom line, her show sucks. The contestants are losers, but then so is Martha so I guess it makes sense. I caught 5 minutes of the last episode where she tells the winning team their prize is to go horseback riding with her and then play Scrabble. ROTF LMFAO!!! The look on the guy's face was priceless. It was like "WTF? Horseback riding and Scrabble?!?". I'd be like, "thanks anyways Martha but I'll pass. Btw, do you know if Donald's hiring?" :p

That's what they said about Kwame. Bill Rancic came nowhere close on his C.V. So you started a cigar company and made millions, big deal. Just means that people like cigars.

Trump has hired one women already ( a white one to be exact- Street Smarts v.s College Losers). Yep it sure does look like Trump's record with the minorities ain't that great. Maybe he doesn't realize the perception or maybe its just me. However, this show seems to confirm my beliefs that it is hard for a minority to get an executive position in white corporate America. The common line in corporate America is that hiring is based on reflecting the general population. Since women are slightly more then 50% of the population, it would seem that Trump should not offend this segment. One's thing is for sure, I would hate to be in the position of a minority women. However, that being said, I still see alot of minority women progressing further than the men in corporations especially banks.

Trump doesn't give a damn about perception or about offending people. Nor should he, IMHO. He hires who he feels is the best candidate no matter their gender or race. Carolyn is not only the hottest woman on the show she is smart and tough. Randal has the brains, the education and the presence needed for Trump, and while Rebecca has shown toughness and smarts, I'd choose a Rhodes Scholar anyday.
