Are there other uncommon bacterial STI infections out there?

I definitely picked up an STI from a BBBJ.

Symptoms started around 5 days after the incident, and got so bad for 5 days after that. Unfortunately due to bad timing (it was the long weekend at the time) it took me a while for me to get tested. Research had already told me it was gonnorhea. Symptoms included painful urination, a swollen foreskin, pain in the genitals and the surrounding area, and a fever and chills for a couple of days.

I finally was able to make it the Hassle Free Clinic after the 5th day of suffering symptoms. By this time, there was a definite green discharge coming out of the foreskin of my penis (by this time, the foreskin was swollen to the point it looked like a large grape. I was swabbed, and the visual check under the microscope seemed to confirm the presence of gonnorhea. I was also given a blood test and a urine test. They then gave me two antibiotics, one injectable, and the other was 4 tablets consumed at once. Symptoms started abating by about 2 days, and then the worst of it was done by 7. However, two symptoms still remained: the foreskin was still swollen to the point that I could not pull it back, and the pain in the genital area turned into discomfort.

However, I went for a follow up and was surprised to learn that both the swab test and the urine test came back negative for any STI (gonnorhea, chlamydia, and syphillis). It's definitely a bacterial infection considering how quickly the antibiotics work, so wondering if anyone knew of any uncommon STI infections which would cause the same symptoms I had.

Anyone have any ideas?

Apparently there’s something called “non gonococcal urethritis” or NGU. It would not show up on the tests for gonorrhea, chlamydia or syphillis, but would respond the the antibiotics you were likely given (the pills would probably have been azithromycin- the treatment for ngu). Trichomonas could also cause similar symptoms, but I don’t think it would get better with those antibiotics, and is not as far as I am aware, transmitted orally.

Could it just be that the damage from what seems like a bad infection is simply taking some time to heal? While it's no substitute for antibiotics, or an additional follow up appointment if things persist, you may want to try adding cranberry juice / supplements to your diet. It's a noted antimicrobial often used for UTIs, and may help with things in the future.

Dear @keyakizaka46fan, have you had a good BBBJ lately that you've compared to a very good CBJ? That's why.

Though if you're in a nominally monogamous relationship where you still have sex you're playing with fire with BBBJ, but it's not hard to figure out why guys like it.

Red House over yonder.
After the deeds were done one escort showed me her black tooth a few spaces back from the from her canine tooth. She showed me this and asked for advice because she said the Prez had nice teeth. She said she did not intend to get the tooth fixed until she returned to her Asian home country in December. It seems dental work is cheaper there. She also did a PS on me before I realized what was happening. After the campaign trip when I returned home to the Red House I noticed a definite internal itch. A urine test at the doc's office showed only some white blood cells but nothing else. They put me on an initial antibiotic that after 2 weeks did not work. I could feel things getting worse. The doc then put me on Cipro for 2 weeks. This cured the problem perfectly but for me Cipro had nasty side effects. It really made my back hurt and made me feel tired. Cipro can be a rough antibiotic.

I don't know how you give an escort a dental exam before starting a campaign rally but for me there will be no more surprise bare PS events - in shower or otherwise. I do not know if I should call the booker and suggest a routine check up for the lady. I do not want to cause trouble for her or the Prez but I would like to do the right thing. She had also been a real favorite. This was a repeat encounter. My father once told me it is wise to check a lady's teeth in the daylight before further commitment. This is not always possible and could be a mood breaker.

We all bear a mutual responsibility to each other to keep us all as safe as possible - both escorts and hobbyists.

Not sure why BBBJ is so widely accepted among hobbyists. The risk-reward just seems completely not worth it.
I don't often go for BBBJ but in this case, she spoke no english and went down on me before I could react.

Normally I usually opt for CBJ but I have enjoyed the occasional BBBJ now and then and never had an issue in my 20 years of hobbying.

The doctor at the hassle free clinic told me that it would take another 2 weeks for the swollen foreskin to properly heal.

have you ruled out, mycoplasma and ureaplasma? these often go undetected but cause similar symptoms too gonorrhoea and chlamydia

Makes sense. Like I said, killing an infection doesn't heal the damage the infection did. If there's any way to get (an anonymous) message to her, or her "representation", saying she needs to be on a strong antibiotic...

Still standing by the cranberry juice / supplements suggestion. It has Vitamin C (good for the immune system), is a natural antimicrobial, and is noted as being goodfor UTIs. I have a glass every morning, but I'm the kind of weirdo that enjoys it. (Still not a substitute for an antibiotic and medical consultation, but it will help keep you healthy.)

Also, when you're done with the antibiotics you should go on yogurt or a probiotic for a bit. You'll feel better and it will help with your pooping.
