I did a quick Google search.

Her and her friends were served at 4.50 pm. They wanted to eat in, but weren't allowed to due to McDonald's policy not allowing under-18s to dine in after 5 pm unaccompanied by an adult. They became mouthy and hostile to the workers. Police were called, and the most defiant/uncooperative girl was arrested. She was released to her parents after a police intervention meeting.

It's probably real, not just because Jenesis did the work, but also in New York a McDonald's has the same policy of under 20 need an adult to be with them.

This is just the start, wait, more control mechanisms to come and for adults.
