Attacked by 4 Guidos and almost charged

I'm fucking pissed off. I was downtown walking to my car when I was assaulted and attacked by 4 juiced up drunk Guidos. I took a bit of a beating but mashed up two of them pretty bad. One guys nose was a mess and he was bleeding like a stuck pig.It was broken along with his orbital bone One of the Guidos signaled down a cop and a whole shit load of cruisers came (very fast by the way, don't know how shootings happen downtown as they were there in seconds) and cuffed us all. After an "investigation" they let us go because the "guidos refused to press charges". WTF!!!!! It was 4 on 1 and they beat me up with a few visible marks on me. Just because I fucked one up bad and got another one pretty good I was the one to be charged? Toronto pigs can go suck cock. I have a broken finger and I have to return on Monday to the hospital for a second CAT scan by a specialist for possible hairline fracture of my skull. They gave me 10 percocet pills and told me to make sure someone watches me while I sleep.Awesome job Toronto useless Union thugs.

Yes, he can go to the Crown Attorneys office and file a private charge. It will take about 2 weeks for them to investigate. They may decline to follow through at their discretion.

They may also charge everyone involved also on their discretion.

It is very possible that 4 guys can turn into 5 guys when you are drunk or under the influence. Joking aside, if the "guidos" have a clean record and moeman123 had a record in the past, the cops will side with the person with the clean record. Also, it is very important that moeman123 has a witness that can testify that it was the 4 guidos that instigated the fight, and that moeman123 was acting in self defence.

This numbers game can turn against moeman123, as the 4 guidos are all witnesses and they will stick together. Of course, these are all assumptions, but if I'm right, moeman123 could be in trouble should the guidos moms get involved and decide to press charges.

It is a pejorative colloquialism to describe a person of Italian descent. This is a potentially delusional story from the OP, in keeping with his general posting pattern. Of more importance it is in keeping with what appears to be his entire approach to life where his sense of self and self-validation is achieved by devaluing others.
