I couldn't help myself and went to see her almost immediately after posting this question. I would agree with this description exactly.

She was very excited that she had just come into some extra money and was planning on moving back to her home town right away, so she may be gone again.

I doubt I would repeat anyway...nice girl...just not for me.

She did the same to me. Told me she would meet me in an hour and a half. I go to the hotel, call, she says she needs another half hour. I give her that as well, call - no response. So I went home and thought, fuck it, this girl isn't worth the hassle.
