Rotorouter, TERB doesnt have the avatar function enabled,you have attempted to post a pic in your sig line, but have done it incorrectly,or the host site is down, the Mods have not pulled it!
Its you Roto... everyone else except you is allowed to have an avatar... Fred, Goober and Sheik had a meeting on New Years Eve and made a resolution to discrimate against ONLY YOU!

It is not yours! Technically this is IP theft and you are also using their resources. So, if their server went down, so does the pic. Alternately, they may have deleted it because of your linking.
If you have permission, copy it and upload it to your videotron or sympatico space.
