Just wanted to see if anyone here has done a bachelor party in Budapest. Heading there in late June, early July and wanted to see if anyone had some tipa regarding any must do or places to go that are a must. Also wanted to know what the SP scene is like over there. Thanks!

The bad: July is leading into oven-hot summertime. Low mid 40s celsius for days on end. NOT pleasant. Avoid Vaci St. If a pretty girl knows a good spot for a drink, do NOT join her. She will take you somewhere and order a 500 dollar glass of wine, which you will pay for, with or without the encouragement of the hairy-knuckled gentleman behind the bar. The good: Hella lot of gorgeous girls. EVERYWHERE! And if you do want to hobby while there, you should be able to find beautiful and fun SPs with good English happy to oblige you at half the price you pay back home or even less.

Budapest is a bustling city in the summer. Great choice for a bachelor party. The other city I would recommend is Belgrade Serbia. Hot chicks everywhere and reasonably priced clubs with no cover charges. Although not sure what hobbying scene is like there.

You do realise that the average temperatures that you googled in order to appear like you have the slightest fucking clue what you are talking about include nighttime temps too, right? Meanwhile, this is the shit that actually goes down in Budapest during July and August:

Go to Germany were it is legal/ people don't scam. Check FKK clubs
Budapest nightclubs are well known con artist dens. Gorgeous women, but you will end paying lots and lots in drinks.

You really expect me to believe that over a span of 10 years each summer was in the 40's more than it wasn't? Pretty hard to do if you're highest recorded temperature is 41.9C. Nevertheless, I believe you when you say it gets damn hot there. Sometimes oppressively and over extended periods. I don't necessarily see that as a bad thing if you're visiting for a few days for a bachelor party. I did the same thing going to Vegas in July when the avg daily temperature was 45 and it dipped to a relatively chilly 33 at night. The result -less clothing being worn by the ladies and the beers go down smoother.
Great idea. Definitely thinking we should do this. Thanks!Always, always, ALWAYS hire a guide to take you to the nightclubs and to go sightseeing. It might cost you a bit more but if you're with a local you have much less chance of getting ripped off
