Sounds like more of the amalgamation of 'no SPs are voluntarlily in the business,' and 'all men are guttural beasts.'

Thinking of which it is now 11 months and the Liberal Government has done absolutely nothing to role back C-36.

Dont think any government will touch it. Like other countries, such as france and sweden, where sps have protested, the government refused to change or touch their versions of c-36. So what makes u think canada will.

now there is stories that thailand is coming up with their own c-36

It's for the best. Our only hope is that idiots like Alan Young try to "help" someone else. In the modern area, changes to prostitution laws are always for the worst. Even Sweden wasn't safe.

I was listening to talk radio one day and they had a cop on the radio talking about back page, they will never shut it down because that is how they track for under age girls and for pimps.

The government is more concerned with their image than doing what's right. Which means they'll never roll back C-36 based solely on the fact it's absurd to penalize the buyer and not the seller. The only way they'll roll it back is if the feminist voice stops fighting itself with respect to prostitution, and reunites under the belief that C-36 is sexist against willing women (doubtful that'll happen any time soon). Whether we like it or not, the majority of Canadians still have little respect for SPs, and even less for Johns.
