Is it me or is backpages blocking Google Image Search? I've tried both with my Firefox addon and manually pasting the URL and it gives me a blank result saying
"The URL doesn't refer to an image or the image is not publicly accessible."

Every single image I've tried. I suspect Backpages is doing this to encourage business since GIS is a killer for their advertisers.

Last few times I've tried running a GIS in BP images, I've had no problems.

It is sort of shitty that BP is encouraging dishonest B&S'ers. But I like to think that if it does end up getting disabled, people will exercise their common sense and realize that it's a B&S.

Though as a lot of the posts in the Classifieds sub-forum prove, I'm not hopeful about that happening.

I use Chrome as my browser. I just right click on an image and search Google for the image. Works like a charm.

You've tried right now? I just tried manually using Edge and Internet Explorer. Same thing. I click on a "thumbnail" from Backpages and get the image location
from the enlarged version. Paste that into image.google.com

I've only ever gotten that message if I mistakenly copied the URL of the image incorrectly. Make sure that it ends with an image file extension (eg. .jpg, .gif., .png) before pasting it into the GIS bar. I doubt this is really a BP conspiracy of some kind.
