And so he should, at least 20 years is appropiate IMO, that was a clear and deliberate attempt to kill judging by how many shots he fired.

If this were Canada he might get 5 years jail plus probation, out in 3

I don't know who is more stupid. A guy that gets upset that he ran out of money at a SC and has to rob and kill for his peep show fix, or some dude that gets shot and then chases the shooter.

I'm amazed at how someone can empty a pistol at point blank range, and still not kill or even wound to the point of putting the victim down.

It's simple, he aint aiming the gun properly and the lack of recoil on that gun tells me its a low caliber.

Funny thing is, a licensed gun owner can be thrown in jail for 7 years if he's caught making a detour on the way home from the range. Yet criminals get a slap on the wrist for running around with guns in their pockets.
