BBFS - where???

i am astounded by the results here and on the other poll...
i would like to know more about this - anyone care to fess up on the circumstances of when and where and why? WITHOUT NAMING the SPs involved...
in particular, i am amazed at the number of SC bbfs reported - was this all fantasia/bunnies, or is this more recent?
