Do any guys with facial hair use beard conditioner? And is it any different than regular hair conditioner?

I’ll defer to the experts on here all day every day, but on my end I’ve always had pretty good experiences with stuff from Cremo. Reasonably priced, compliments on smelling good, and so on. But let’s see what others have to say!

I've never had to use a beard conditioner but I keep my beard fairly short too. Guess it depends on how long and how coarse your beard is. My first suggestion would be to switch to a milder and fragrance-free shampoo. Some fragrances can cause issues and that's why I've only used fragrance free shampoos. Besides I find most fragrances unpleasant and unappealing. There are some products made specifically for beards, if you want to go that route, Men's & Cremo are two of them.
If your beard (and hair) is a coarser texture, then you may need a mild conditioner especially if you grow it long because you may have split ends that may need to be trimmed back a bit before growing it longer.
I'd personally would avoid shampoo/conditioner blends, I've found they make my hair feel much to "greasy".
