Best Instant Noodle

This IMO is out of this world experience. Spicey HOTTTT like devil on crack but amazing flavor. I turn into a mess eating them, nose running, lips swelled up, sweat everywhere, tears running but the flavour is out of this world good. Nothing compares to this experience. I give anybody the ultimate respect who can finish this...

I admit that I buy the instant ramen noodles... but I put in just half of the powdered stuff and add black bean sauce, fresh green onions, and maybe a bit of fresh ginger. Kinda sorta healthy, lol.

Some of these are good, but its the amount of sodium in them (1500 mg) that is crazy , I also hear the noodles are deep fried first to make them instant.

If you only eat the noodles and not drink the soup its only like 25%-30% of the sodium. Once in a while it's okay and a nice change to spice it up a little.

If you like them healthier...this one is a good vegetable one...

This one is probably the one I eat most often and good flavour and spicey just enough that it is not overwhelming.

Thx for the suggestion, sounds like a good idea to make them better.

I only eat this stuff every once in a while. Every 3-4 years I have the urge to buy that 24-pack of noodles for around $6. I'll see it in one of those weekly flyers and I'll get it. There's nothing healthy about this stuff. But it's hard to beat pasta, noodles, rice and potatoes if you're looking for something that will fill you up for around 25 cents per serving. lol

It's hard to believe this stuff is anything close to healthy when it is the only kind of noodles I've had where you take it out of the package and it has some kind of weird glossy and waxing coating to it which feels weird when you handle it.
