Best Program for making DVD's

Hey guys was just wondering what you think is the best programme for making DVD's from movies downloaded from torrent sites?

Nero is pretty good.

What features do you value most? Simplicity? Capabilities?

If all you want to do is plug the DVD into a player and press Play, you'll likely get one answer. If you want extensive chapter navigation and graphics, alternate audio tracks, etc, then "best" will be a different beast.
