As opposed to Best Album, the best CD to own would be Ramonesmania, a Greatest Hits package with 30 tracks, or for even more GabbaGabbaHey-ing, "All The Stuff And More, vol1" and "...vol 2" with 33 and 29 tracks respectively.

If you're a Ramones fan, they are reissuing all the Ramones CD's with extra tracks, demos, live cuts etc. Pretty nice work all round.

Rhino records put out a double-CD compilation a while back that has just about everything you'll ever need by the Ramones. As for their best album proper, it's a toss-up between their first (Ramones) and their third (Rocket To Russia). everything after about 1984 is spotty at best.
