I could see myself using a frequency scrambler and intercepting the signal thereby hijacking the plane and flying it into Goober's house.

B-52 crashed last year
Sorry to inform you that the vid of the bomber is an old one and the crash of it wrote off the plane and it is still in the prosess of being rebuilt.
The est cost of this big toy is $50 000. Also this was filmed in Germany.
Check some of the airplane hobby sites for more information. AMA and MAAC are two places to look for more info.
Other RC hobbies can be fun so give one a try.

mouse: check out your local hobby shop. There are lots around but you will need a pretty big area to fly one indoors with the length of the rotor blades etc.
It is great that they finally came up with true jet engines for modern r/c planes. When I was growing up if you wanted to build and fly a jet aircraft you had to go with a ducted fan which was basically a standard piston engine in a tube. Made the brrrr noise like a piston engine too. Those planes even sound like jets when they fly by etc. That airbus even had the high pitched whine like the real thing....
