I think these "homer" play by play guys are great. Unfortunately, we have some moral ethical code or political correctness if you will in Canada where announcers have to be impartial. Somebody explain to me why Joe Bowen (the closest we got to a homer) can't really step it up and be a hard-core pro-leafer when he does Leaf only broadcasts in the Ontario market ? (with a black out in Ottawa of course).

While he makes me look like Brad Pitt, Miller is actually quite good & funny. My fav exchange:
