What a surprise. Massage parlour 2 blocks from the OPP station. The newspaper states they had the place under surveilance and would go in 15 minutes after a customer entered the building.

This MP was in a dead strip mall, no neighbours on either side, and incapable of bothering anyone. Why bother raiding it? What a waste. I do feel sorry for the landlord of this mall who must be wondering how to attrack any commercial clients.

Are they getting lazy and choosing the easy targets instead of going after those who truely deserve the full attention of the OPP?
