We are aware some people are confused about the spas opening. We have contacted Ottawa Public Health and have confirmed we are allowed to open. We are licensed with the City of Ottawa.
Please note the following updates and changes that will be enforced to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. The ladies are prepared to guide you and make your experience comfortable.
1)You must book an appointment before arriving. Please provide your name and phone number for the purpose of contact tracing.
2)We are enforcing a 30-minute cleaning period in between our guests.
3)Please be prepared to provide screening information when you arrive
---Have you travelled domestically or internationally in the last 14 days?
---Have you been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID 19?
---Are you feeling any symptoms of COVID 19?
4)Temperature checks and hand sanitizer are mandated upon arrival.
5)You must shower before your session.
6)The ladies will be assigned specific rooms.
7)Each lady will be going through a thorough training session to ensure everyone’s safety.
