Had a question. I have exchanged a few e-mails with an SP. In the last one I sent, I said I would call the following week to agree on a date and time. But as happens, my schedule the following week changed and an appointment was no longer convient.
Keep in mind no appointment was discussed, other then "I'll call next week to make an appointment".
My question is, should I have e-mailed or called to let her know I wouldn't be booking right now?
On one hand, I think it's the polite thing to do.
On the other, it's just taking more of the SP's time without booking.
Thoughts gentlemen/ladies?
