I know it's frustrating but a non citizen here illegally in front of an immigration judge takes 5 minutes. (BTW Elon cut a chunk of those judges).

Sadly, this is true.
There is no reason to assume they got the people they claim they got without seeing evidence.
I presume the intent is to deport them without due process, though, which means everyone should be suspicious whether or not they are who the government says they are.
