Have tried many times to call without ever an answer. My number is not a blocked number. Any advice on how to reach this agency?

I have seen both several times and never have a problem. I usually call between 10am-2pm when they are at their location. Calling after 3pm is useless as they are done. Email has never failed me either - both usually get back to me within 24 hours. Check their website schedule to see if they are available and contact them the day before. That's my advice. Keep trying.

I went through this a couple of weeks ago as well... No answer, no machine and finally I got through on email. Been back a couple of time and no problem with answering both phone and email. Found the best time for the phone was 11-12.

I tried calling a couple times once and there was no answer as well......I have spoke to them through email......but if you want to phone, just keep trying, I don't think they have a girl just to answer phones, you have to call when one of them is available, or just keep calling until you get an answer.

What's Up with Elegant Ladies?

Anything up with Brooke and Elegant Ladies? Tried to book through their calendar and no follow-up. Phoned, no answer. Calendar not updated since Tuesday. Website gives impression they're a well run organization. Had some communication in early Sept when they suspended operations while trying to get a Cambridge location going by September 21st. Must have hit a major glich I guess. Could be serious if they aren't following up on booking requests.

They could be very well run and still have a problem getting something pushed through sh..ty Cambridge city hall. A friend of mine waited for 2 months for a damn permit to build onto his restaurant. They move at a snails pace down there. Good luck to the girls & be patient!

and to top it all off there was an accident with one of Brookes family members and she is caring for them. By the sounds of it she might be off for a few weeks. Good luck if you see this brooke
