Maybe I am a bit of a luddite, but I would like to build some apps without learning any coding or programming. I don't want to hire a developer or contract worker. I would like to use a self-service platform (The one that I am thinking of is seattleclouds.com) that permits you to build an app within several hours through drag-and-drop templates. Does anyone have any experience using these services? Are there any resources (e.g. books, websites,articles, etc...) that would help me learn how to use these services? If someone has alot of free time on their hands, they could tutor me or write a report on how to use one of these services. I of course would pay you for your help.

Java, yummmy.there is also stuff like CMS, content management system , it would really depend on the scope of your app.
If you want credit card processing, you could maybe copy and paste some code and get that in there, or if you want a calculator app, but if it's something super customized, you would need to hunt...
