I called CAA Auto Insurance today to get a quote for car insurance.

Bottom line - the worst customer service ever! You deal with rude untrained students who dont know shit. They put you on hold 10 -15 times during your call to get answers. You call 3 times and get 3 different rates.

Passing this on for all you Terbites.

Never deal with CAA for any insurance. Fuck CAA!

i agree.. my 20 something daughter spent two weeks on the phone with about 10 diffrent CAA reps each day, asking the same questions over and over again..it was her worst nightmare.

Get the quote on their website first, then contact your local office, not the 1-800 number. I saved over $240 with them.

I got rid of CAA insurance over ten years ago, but before that was a customer and had a bad claims experience with them. Their rates are also above average I found.
